  • This is for the woman ready to take control of her training and nutrition in a balanced way creating lasting change.

    With personalised support and resources, you’ll gain the confidence to overcome challenges and grow into your best self.

  • Short answer: No, you don’t need a commercial gym to see great results. While having access to a gym can enhance your progress, you can still achieve an effective workout at home with just a few key pieces of equipment—dumbbells, a resistance band, and a stepper or box. We’ll personalise your program to work with what you have, ensuring you get the best results no matter your setup.

  • Training Sessions:
    The number of sessions will depend on how much time you can realistically commit each week, which we’ll determine together. On average, 2-4 sessions per week is ideal, with each lasting around 30-60 minutes.

    Check-Ins:
    Check-ins typically take about 15 minutes to complete, ideally on Sunday night. Please allow an additional 20 minutes to review and respond to your check-in.


    Food Tracking:
    If we are tracking your food please allow an extra 20 minutes per day, especially at the start.

  • Premium coaching is $80 per week with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. After the initial 12 weeks, your coaching will continue automatically until you decide to cancel.
