For this service you need to be able to attend your F2F sessions at Fitness Factory. If you are not already a member you can still do sessions with me but a $10 fee needs to be paid by you to the club each time.
Your online program can be personalised to either at home or the gym.

Training Sessions:
The number of sessions will depend on how much time you can realistically commit each week, which we’ll determine together. On average, 2-4 sessions per week is ideal (1 of them being f2f), with each lasting around 30-60 minutes.Check-Ins:
Check-ins typically take about 15 minutes to complete, ideally on Sunday night. Please allow an additional 20 minutes to review and respond to your check-in.
Food Tracking:
If we are tracking your food please allow an extra 20 minutes per day, especially at the start. -
Hybrid coaching is $125 per week with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks.
After the initial 12 weeks, your coaching will continue automatically until you decide to cancel.
If you are not a member at Fitness Factory Mount Barker there is also a $10 fee to be paid separately to the club per F2F session.
